The principals of Issac Brott & Co Solicitors take care of all legal matters including writing legal submissions. Many migration agents do not do this. Unqualified staff prepare applications with only a cursory review by the registered migration agents.

Australian Immigration Laws are some of the most confusing in the world. They are not only confusing but also constantly changing.

We specialise in Australian migration law. We are up to date with the latest migration law. We know the policy and procedures that teh decision makers must follow, allowing us to structure your application to satisfy not only the migration law but the governments' policies and procedures in relation to the law. We have experience within the Australian Department of Immigration, giving us valuable knowledge of exactly what the decision makers want to hear.

We have designed packages for people whose goal is to become a permanent resident. These pachages are for people who are already eligible to become permanent residents and also for people who are not eligible at this stage. 

We also offer services to people who do not currently qualify for any visa. We will tell you the required steps to become eligible for a visa. 

We write a comprehensive legal submission to accompany your application. The legal submission will address each regulation and how you satisfy that regulation. The legal submission we prepare is specifically written for you and your circumstances and is generally ten to twelve payes long. The application form only gives your basic details, it does not show that you satisfy all relevant criteria as set out in the regulations. The legal submission comprehensively demonstrates that you satisfy each and every visa criteria. This is our specialty and is what will give you the edge over the rest.
